YillumaxTM Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting EP7000 series is one kinds of 7 years durable retro-reflective sheeting with encapsulated high reflecting index microscopic corner cube reflectors in a precision coating layer, while they perform very well to return the incident lights over all.
The EP7000 reflective sheeting is available in normal eight colors, with a PMMA substrates. The product is selfadhesive with PSA transparent and release liner. The standard available width sizes 0.61m, 0.62m, 1.22m, 1.24m. It is easy to be cutting with computerized plotter and printing with digital printers. It is suitable for applying to the precleaned steel, aluminum and plastic boards (Plastic Boards should be tested for suitability before use).
This Grade Reflective Sheeting can also be pre-coated with slant double colored strips or hazard warning shapes on the surface for finally using as barricade or hazard tape. More details pls check the overview table or Spec sheet.
YillumaxTM EP7000 Reflective Sheeting are produced according to ASTM D4956 Type I and EN 12899-1:2008. The products which are ideal for fixed permanent traffic signs, temporary traffic control devices, barricade, traffic calming schemes, construction site signs and other types of safety devices requiring high visibility, legibility and durability. Different surface film, different reflectivity and different service life provide you different choices. This cost-effective film performs well in many applications.
